Being Disciole

Restoring Hope. Building Lives. Living by Faith

There are moments in life when a person doesn’t need another lecture, another piece of advice, or another promise. They simply need someone to believe in them.

Being Disciple Foundation was born from that belief.

We are building a space where children without the support and opportunities they deserve can receive education, care, dignity, and a real chance at a better future.

At the same time, we want to walk alongside leaders who have spent years carrying responsibilities, making decisions, and taking care of others — but somewhere along the way, have lost clarity about their own lives.

We believe both journeys matter.

A child needs a foundation to build a life.

A leader sometimes needs a place to pause, reflect, heal, and rediscover direction.

And sometimes, both simply need someone to say:

“Your story is not over.”

Our Vision

We envision a world where no child is defined by poverty, homelessness, or the circumstances they were born into.

And where no leader feels alone when they reach a point in life where success no longer answers the question, “What next?”

Being Disciple Foundation exists to create that bridge — between where people are today and where they can go tomorrow.

For Children — Education Beyond Survival

A child should not have to choose between survival and a future.

For children living without stable homes, resources, or access to quality education, we want to provide more than books and classrooms.

We want to provide opportunity, belonging, confidence, and hope.

Our work focuses on helping children receive education and the support they need to grow into independent, capable, and compassionate human beings.

Because education is not simply about getting a job. Education gives a person the power to imagine a different life — and the tools to build it. We want every child we reach to know that their beginning does not have to determine their ending.

For Leaders — A Place to Find Direction Again

Leadership can be lonely. People often see the position, the achievements, the responsibilities, and the strength. They don’t always see the questions underneath:

“Am I still on the right path?”

“What am I actually building?”

“Why don’t I feel fulfilled anymore?”

“What should I do with the next chapter of my life?”

Being Disciple Foundation will create retreats and reflection spaces for leaders who feel stuck, exhausted, disconnected, or uncertain about what comes next. These retreats are not about teaching people how to become more successful. They are about creating the space to stop, breathe, reflect, reconnect with purpose, and find clarity. Sometimes the next step in leadership isn’t moving faster.

It's learning when to pause. Why “Being Disciple”?

To us, being a disciple means choosing to remain a learner.

It means having the humility to grow, the courage to change, and the willingness to serve something greater than yourself.

We believe the world doesn’t only need more successful people. It needs people who are willing to become better human beings and help others become better too. A child learning to read is beginning a journey. A leader rediscovering purpose is beginning another. Our work is to walk with both.
